HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?
Our goal is to get you back up and running as quick as we can. Laptops, Desktops, and Phones usually need to be dropped off for repair. We strive to perform most repairs within 24 hours of receiving your electronic but repair times can vary based on part availability and job complexity. Every job is different, but you will be given a time estimate when you drop your electronic off for a free repair diagnosis. Or simply give us a call ahead of time if you’re more concerned!

DOES COMPUTER DOC'S OFFER HOUSE CALLS?
We strive to help our clients to the best of our abilty. Yes we offer house calls during our weekly hours of Mon-Thurs appointment based only. We also offer curbside pickup and drop off at an additional charge.

We understand our clients arent always in SWFL but thats doesnt stop Computer Doc's from striving to give our clients the help they need. Yes we do offer remote access with the permission of our clients.
